We only recommend new spectacles if we think they're going to help. You're not under any obligation to buy glasses from us, and we'll always give you a copy of your spectacle prescription following your sight test.

Our frames

We have a range of spectacle frames to suit every budget, and all frames come with a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Prices start from £79 for new frames and prescription lenses, and include home delivery and fitting by one of our optometrists, at a mutually convenient time. If you already have a frame you'd like to use, we can usually 'reglaze' new lenses into your own frame, provided they are still in good condition.

We want everyone to be able to buy from us with confidence, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any problems with your new spectacles, we'll do our best to put it right as soon as we can. If you decide you don't want your new glasses for any reason within the first month of receiving them, we'll arrange a time to collect them, and we'll give you a full refund.

Can I use your prescription to purchase spectacles elsewhere?

You are free to use your spectacle prescription to purchase spectacles from other suppliers but we strongly recommend buying spectacles from whoever tests your eyes, because it can be more difficult to resolve any problems when prescribing and supply are separated. Under the guidance published by the Optical Confederation in 2014, spectacle suppliers, rather than prescribers, are responsible for financing and rectifiying any 'non-tolerance' issues which arise. Please remember that many suppliers do not offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
